This website is run by Bling By Viya, the jewellery house of VIYA Clothing. The two houses share one customer system, so this notice covers the information you share with us here.

• Your account. When you create an account we ask for your name, your email address and a password. Addresses you choose to save are kept with your account, so checkout is quicker next time.
• Signing in with Google. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us so we can recognise you. We never see your Google password.
• Your orders. To deliver an order we need your delivery address, a phone number and an email address, along with the pieces you have chosen.
• Payments. Payments are handled by Razorpay on its own secure checkout. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with Razorpay, not with us; we receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, and a reference for it.
• Appointments. Private viewings are booked through Cal.com, which opens in a new tab. If you are signed in, your name and email are filled in for you. Cal.com shares the booking with us so we can prepare for your visit or call.
• Messages. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the conversation so that we can help you.

• To take, prepare and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To run your account and show you your order history and saved addresses.
• To prepare for appointments you book with us.
• To answer your questions and look after you if something goes wrong.
• To keep the records we need for accounting and tax.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Bling By Viya and VIYA Clothing share one customer system, so both houses recognise you by your email address and the same details work on both websites. Signing in is still done separately on each site.

• One sign-in cookie. When you sign in, we set a single, essential cookie that keeps you signed in. It is “http-only”, which means scripts on the page cannot read it, and it is cleared when you log out.
• Your bag and wishlist are kept in your own browser’s local storage, so they are still there if you refresh the page. They stay on your device until you check out.
• No advertising or tracking. This website uses no advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social-media pixels.
• Typefaces. Some of the typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them.

Only the services we need in order to look after you, and only what each of them needs:

• Razorpay, to process your payment.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Cal.com, when you book an appointment.
• Our delivery partner, who needs your name, address and phone number to bring your order to you, and the providers who host our website and systems.

Your password is never stored in your browser, and payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires.

You can view your orders and update your saved addresses and password at any time in your account.
